When you join The Lime, you will receive a special Member ID Badge.
MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT: Membership dues are due yearly from the date of signed application. Failure to make this payment subjects your privileges to automatic cancellation. Payments for any of The Lime events are normally due 30 prior to departure.
CANCELLATION POLICIES: The Lime acts as a Third party vendor and each individual member must be knowledgeable of all other Cancellation policies.
LIABILITY: The Lime acts as a third party agent for any accommodations or events, and assumes no liability for property loss or damages, nor liability for injury, accidents, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or the acts of any company or persons engaged in conveying passengers to or from their destination. Transportation (airlines, ferries, charter vessels, rental cars and taxis) is supplied by providers who operate independently of The Lime. We assume no responsibility, therefore, for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property because of the acts of those providers.
PETS: Pets of any kind are usually NOT allowed in or on the The Lime events without specific written permission from The Lime (granted prior to departure). ADA Service animals are exempt.
COMPLAINTS: It is the Member’s obligation to report any problems IMMEDIATELY to us, regardless of the hour.
SUBSTITUTION: The Lime reserves the right to substitute comparable or better accommodations without liability, should the accommodations be out of order, been inadvertently double-booked, or be deemed substandard by us for any reason. If comparable accommodations are not available, Members may receive a complete refund.
DRUGS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Members shall not use or use illegal substances, inflammable fluids (e.g., gasoline, kerosene, naphtha or benzene), or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property at any of The Lime events.
RATES AND PRINTING ERRORS: The information pertaining to each brochure and rate sheet was correct at press time, and our web site is constantly updated. The Lime is not responsible for printing errors or inadvertent omissions. All rates or details are subject to change. OTHER AGREEMENTS: A minimum of 10 people constitutes a group.
